We are looking for an analytical and highly diligent Administration Executive to join our growing team at <a href="http://www.payrollmalta.com" target="_blank">Payroll Malta</a>. You will be reporting directly to the Payroll Services Manager and your duties will include:
<ul>
<li>Supporting our payroll team with administration duties in general&nbsp;</li>
<li>Collating and preparing documents in relation to employee onboarding&nbsp;</li>
<li>Taking responsibility for the collection of all documentation required from employees, to organise work permits and secondments&nbsp;</li>
<li>Data inputting&nbsp;</li>
<li>Issuing invoices to clients&nbsp;</li>
<li>Management of the Jobsplus portal for various clients&nbsp;</li>
</ul>

Requirements
<ul>
<li>A keen eye for detail and an ability to work independently &amp; under pressure</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication in English, with Maltese being considered an asset</li>
<li>Knowledge and experience in processing work permits is required.</li>
</ul>

Education and Experience
<ul>
<li>A minimum of 2 years experience in Administration or Human Resources</li>
<li>An A’Level standard of education or equivalent</li>

Forming part of a tight-knit team, as a Recruitment Specialist, your focus will be to manage and develop strong relationships with clients and candidates, delivering a top-notch support service that expands beyond recruitment. We are driven by the objective of becoming much more than a mere recruitment provider but a partner in fostering true growth in each and every one of our clients’ businesses.

Within this position you will be required to:

<li>Understand companies’ and candidates’ needs and become a trusted advisor to both through intelligent research, shrewd foresight and objective intervention</li>
<li>Identify and champion actions to increase and generate opportunities for candidates across industries</li>
<li>Be able to dissect problems into manageable tasks and deliver lasting solutions</li>
<li>Coordinate, implement and manage various recruitment projects throughout their lifecycle, including the compiling of job descriptions, identifying best solutions to source candidates, screening and shortlisting candidates, conducting interviews and making meaningful recommendations to candidates and companies alike</li>
<li>Work towards building a strong network with candidates and clients alike, by attending conferences and networking events, participating in outreach activities and delivering presentations as necessary</li>

We are looking for an analytical and highly diligent Payroll Support Specialist to join our growing team at Talexio. You will be reporting directly to the Head of Operations and your duties will include:

<li>Providing ongoing customer support in relation to queries about navigating and using the software (Online, over the phone and face to face)</li>
<li>Customer Support relating to payroll and employment law</li>
<li>Providing training to new clients who are using the system for the first time</li>
<li>Performing tests on software updates, and issuing tickets for software related errors or failures</li>
<li>Identifying potential problems that clients may face when using the platform and liaising with the software team to mitigate these</li>
<li>Develop and design user manuals and documentation contributing to knowledge sharing</li>
<li>Performing problem-solving exercises holding end-to-end problem ownership</li>
</ul>
