<p>In this position, you will be reporting directly to the Payroll Services Manager, and the duties will include:</p>

<li>Leave Management&nbsp;</li>

<p>Forming part of a collaborative and solutions-oriented team, as a Recruitment Consultant, your role will be centred around managing and developing key client accounts, ensuring that both candidates and clients receive exceptional and prompt service. You will have the autonomy to manage your own portfolio of clients, develop strong relationships, and deliver recruitment solutions that go beyond filling vacancies, but become a trusted advisor and partner to your clients.</p>
<p>Within this position, you will be required to:</p>

We are driven by the objective of becoming much more than a mere recruitment provider but a partner in fostering true growth in each and every one of our clients’ businesses.</p>
<p>Within this position, you will be required to:</p>

<li>Understand companies’ and candidates’ needs and become a trusted advisor to both through intelligent research, shrewd foresight and objective intervention</li>
