Payroll Executive (Client Payroll)

We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Executive who is keen to elevate their career alongside a dedicated team of payroll experts at Konnekt Payroll. In this position, you will be reporting directly to the Payroll Services Manager, and the duties will include:
- Payroll calculations for a portfolio of clients
- Migrations and parallel runs
- Adhoc Reporting
- Leave Management
- Time & Attendance
- Processing Salary Payments
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English
An A’ Level standard of education
Knowledge of payroll software, mainly Shireburn or Talexio, as well as strong knowledge in Maltese employment law will be considered an asset
Professional proficiency in excel is a must
A minimum of 2 years experience handling Maltese payroll life cycle will also be considered an asset, ideally with particular exposure to Time & Attendance
