<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, understanding their skills, experience, career aspirations, and availability.</li>
<li>Develop and maintain an accurate and up-to-date database of potential and active candidates, meticulously tracking communication and engagement activities.</li>
<li>Ensure consistent and timely communication with candidates throughout the engagement process, providing a positive candidate experience.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Pipeline &amp; Database Management</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Regularly update candidate information in the database, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.</li>
<li>Assist in segmenting the candidate pool for targeted communication and campaigns.</li>
<li>Monitor and report on personal candidate outreach activities and pipeline status.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Recruitment Support</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Assist in the initial prescreening of candidates to assess their qualifications against job requirements.</li>
<li>Support the scheduling and coordination of interviews as needed.</li>
<li>Contribute to maintaining active engagement on social media platforms to attract and interact with a potential talent audience.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Collaboration &amp; Best Practices:</strong></p>

<li>Work closely with the recruitment team and Candidate Engagement Manager to align on sourcing strategies and priorities.</li>
<li>Follow established best practices and guidelines for candidate outreach, engagement, and relationship-building.</li>
<li>Provide input and feedback on the effectiveness of different sourcing channels and engagement techniques.</li>
<li>Collaborate with other teams involved in sourcing international candidates if required, particularly during peak hiring periods.</li>
</ul>
