We are looking for a creative and highly diligent Digital Marketing & Content Specialist to join our growing Marketing Team, where you will be responsible for planning, creating and managing content for four brands: Konnekt, Talexio, Jobs in Malta and Konnekt Payroll. You will be reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, and your duties will include: 

• Content Strategy: Create and execute monthly content calendars for LinkedIn, Facebook, and other social media channels.
• SEO & Blogging: Write and optimise blog posts that help each brand stand out online.
• Repurpose Content: Turn one article into different formats - social posts, carousels, stories - using Canva templates.
• Video Content Creation: Create and edit simple, engaging video content for social media and marketing campaigns.
• Analytics: Track and report on results for each brand. Use data to improve what you do next.
• Campaign Support: Work with our paid media specialist to align organic and paid content.
• Event Support: Help with brand events and partnerships as needed (about 5–10% of your time).
• Other ad hoc duties that may arise.
