Expedition42 is seeking a skilled iGaming Recruitment Lead to join our growing recruitment team at Konnekt. This role focuses on building lasting relationships with both clients and candidates in Tech & iGaming industries, ensuring that we become a trusted partner in their growth and success, far beyond the traditional recruitment service. As the iGaming Recruitment Lead, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, developing recruitment strategies, and mentoring a team of recruiters to meet both client and candidate needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Client and Candidate Relationships
- Establish and foster strong relationships with clients and candidates within the Technical & iGaming sectors, becoming a trusted recruitment advisor for both parties.
Industry Expertise
- Leverage in-depth industry knowledge, market trends, and strategic foresight to understand the iGaming and Technical industries' hiring needs and provide expert guidance.
Talent Sourcing
- Identify and create recruitment opportunities for a variety of Technical and iGaming roles, ensuring candidates are accurately matched with the right companies through careful evaluation and proactive networking.
End-to-End Recruitment
- Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing strategies to shortlisting and interviewing candidates, providing insightful recommendations to both candidates and clients.
Recruitment Project Management
- Oversee recruitment projects, ensuring smooth execution, timely delivery, and the successful placement of candidates in high-demand positions such as game developers, compliance officers, and marketing experts.
Networking and Outreach
- Actively participate in Technical & iGaming industry events, meetups, and conferences, building a network of top talent and keeping up-to-date with the latest industry trends and talent pools.
Team Leadership
- Build and manage your own recruitment team, mentoring junior team members and ensuring they are equipped with the necessary industry and recruitment knowledge to excel.
Problem-Solving
- Break down complex hiring challenges into clear, actionable steps, offering innovative and tailored solutions for both companies and candidates based on their unique needs and objectives.
